**Key Responsibilities:**
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with established real estate offices, ensuring seamless collaboration and referral flow.
- Manage and convert high-quality inbound leads from Realtor.com, providing tailored mortgage solutions to meet client needs.
- Conduct thorough client consultations in both English and Spanish to assess their financial situation and recommend the most suitable mortgage products.
- Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring a smooth and timely closing, while effectively communicating in both languages.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, market trends, and product knowledge to provide informed guidance to clients.
- Work collaboratively with our team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
**Qualifications:**
